Seine Interessen gelten insbesondere Kunst aus Japan vom 16. Nach einem Kunststudium an der Musashino Art Universit\u00e4t in Tokyo absolvierte sie ein Graduiertenstudium an der Kunstakademie D\u00fcsseldorf und arbeitete als freischaffende K\u00fcnstlerin. Nach einem mehrj\u00e4hrigen Aufenthalt in New York lebt sie seit 2004 in Berlin. Dort besch\u00e4ftigt sie sich erneut mit dem Urasenke-Teeweg und den umfassenden k\u00fcnstlerischen Aspekten der japanischen Teetradition, denen sie bereits als Studentin begegnete. Ihren Teenamen \u201eS\u014dch\u014d\u201c erhielt sie 2017 vom Urasenke-Gro\u00dfmeister Zab\u014dsai S\u014dshitsu XVI.<\/p>\n<p>2013 war sie an der Gr\u00fcndung des Chado Urasenke Teeweg-Verein Berlin e.V. beteiligt, dessen Vorsitz sie heute innehat. Sie organisiert und leitet Veranstaltungen zum japanischen Teeweg, wie Teevorf\u00fchrungen, Teezusammenk\u00fcnfte, Workshops, Vortr\u00e4ge sowie Unterricht in der Tradition des Urasenke-Teewegs \u2013 unter anderem im Teehaus \u201eB\u014dkian\u201c im Humboldt Forum, in japanischen Auslandsvertretungen und ihrem Teeraum \u201eGench\u014dan\u201c in Berlin.
