Immer mehr Kinder wachsen mehrsprachig auf und bringen vielf\u00e4ltige kulturelle Hintergr\u00fcnde mit. Die Kita ist oft der erste\u00a0soziale\u00a0Ort, an dem diese Vielfalt sichtbar wird \u2013 als Raum f\u00fcr Begegnung, Verst\u00e4ndigung und gemeinsames Lernen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Mehrsprachigkeit und kulturelle Vielfalt sind Bildungschancen. Sie erfordern aufmerksame Erwachsene, die stereotype Denkweisen vermeiden, neugierig auf unterschiedliche Erziehungshintergr\u00fcnde sind und Teilhabe aktiv erm\u00f6glichen. Verstehen \u2013 im w\u00f6rtlichen und \u00fcbertragenen Sinn \u2013 ist die Grundlage f\u00fcr gelingende Erziehungspartnerschaften.<\/p>\n<p>Wie k\u00f6nnen also Erzieher*innen in der Kita, Vermittler*innen im Museum und alle anderen mit den unterschiedlichen sprachlichen und kulturellen Kompetenzen von Kindern ad\u00e4quat umgehen? Wie Mehrsprachigkeit als Ressource f\u00f6rdern und Rassismus entgegenwirken? Oktober 2025 mit einem umfangreichen Jahresprogramm an Ausstellungen, Veranstaltungen und Vermittlungsangeboten neu startet, geht der Fachtag der Frage nach, wie vorurteilssensible P\u00e4dagogik in Bezug auf Kultur- und Sprachenvielfalt in Familie und Kita gut gelingen kann. Wie kann das Potential von kultureller Vielfalt und Mehrsprachigkeit f\u00fcr eine wirkliche Erziehungspartnerschaft genutzt werden? Welche Herausforderungen gibt es und wie sehen gute Gelingensbedingungen aus? Wie k\u00f6nnen Familiensprachen und kulturelle Biografien der Kinder nicht nur im Hinblick auf den Spracherwerb, sondern auch f\u00fcr Verst\u00e4ndigung und Demokratiebildung von Kindern UND Erwachsenen p\u00e4dagogisch in den Blick genommen werden? Wie k\u00f6nnen sich Kita und Familie gut verst\u00e4ndigen und darin auch besser verstehen? Welchen innovativen und inklusiven Beitrag zur Verst\u00e4ndigung kann die fr\u00fchkindliche kulturelle Bildung in Kita und Kultureinrichtungen leisten?<\/p>\n<p>Eingeladen sind Wissenschaftler*innen mit einem aktuellen Blick auf das Thema, Kunst- und Kulturpraktiker*innen mit spannenden Vermittlungsans\u00e4tzen und vor allem p\u00e4dagogische Fachkr\u00e4fte mit viel Praxiserfahrung. Neben Austausch und Diskussion erhalten alle Beteiligten die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Ausstellungen im Humboldt Forum zu besuchen. Der gemeinsame Fachtag ist Teil einer intensiven Kooperation zwischen Fr\u00f6bel e. V. und der Akademie, Programmabteilung f\u00fcr Bildung, Vermittlung und Wissenschaft im Humboldt Forum seit 2019.
