Doch ihr Wissen und ihre Erfahrungen finden bislang zu selten Eingang in politische Entscheidungen und strukturelle Reformen.<br \/>\nIm Panel werden aktuelle Herausforderungen thematisiert \u2013 von \u00fcberlasteten Kommunen \u00fcber b\u00fcrokratische Strukturen bis hin zu Versorgungsl\u00fccken, die oft zu sp\u00e4t erkannt werden. Sie begann ihre Laufbahn als Erzieherin mit dem Schwerpunkt Integration und arbeitet heute als Sozialarbeiterin in der Familien- und Jugendhilfe im Kreis Stormarn. Seit vielen Jahren begleitet sie Familien, Kinder und Jugendliche in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen mit dem Fokus auf St\u00e4rkung von Ressourcen und Beziehungen.
