Es erinnert an die Legende des Schmieds Kawa, der den tyrannischen Herrscher Dehak besiegte und ein Feuer entz\u00fcndete, um den Sieg und das Ende der Unterdr\u00fcckung zu verk\u00fcnden. Gleichzeitig steht das Feuer f\u00fcr Hoffnung, Freiheit und einen neuen Anfang. Da Newroz mit dem Fr\u00fchlingsanfang zusammenf\u00e4llt, symbolisiert es auch den Sieg des Lichts \u00fcber die Dunkelheit und den Beginn neuen Lebens.
