Die Jugendjahre im d\u00fcsteren und br\u00f6ckelnden Tiflis der 90er Jahre hat seine musikalische Identit\u00e4t stark beeinflusst.<\/p>\n<p>Kanchelis professionelle Beziehung zur Musik begann mit einem Schlagzeug und im Alter von 17 Jahren spielte er bereits auf dem Jazzfestival von Tiflis. Bald darauf begann er, sich mit elektronischer Musik zu besch\u00e4ftigen und ist nun seit \u00fcber 15 Jahren als DJ aktiv. Anfang 2010 riefen Kancheli und seine Freunde das Projekt &#8222;Stare at DJ&#8220; ins Leben, das schnell zum wichtigsten Ereignis der sich entwickelnden Clubszene des Landes wurde. Heute ist Kancheli einer der beliebtesten DJs in seiner Heimatstadt Tiflis, der als Headliner bei vielen gro\u00dfen Festivals in Georgien auftritt und in den renommiertesten Locations der Branche wie Berghain, Robert Johnson, Shelter, Dimensions oder CTM Festival auflegt.<\/p>\n<p>Giorgi legt nicht nur auf, sondern schreibt und produziert auch seine eigene Musik. Im Fr\u00fchjahr 2020 wurde seine erste Solo-EP &#8222;Earthshaketrance&#8220; auf Bassiani Records ver\u00f6ffentlicht.
