Fast alle Cultural Belongings wurden durch koloniale Gewalt und Enteignung erworben. Dadurch verfestigen sich Verlust, Ungleichheit, Ungerechtigkeit und anhaltendes Trauma, wodurch dringend Prozesse der Heilung und Transformation erforderlich werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Beauftragte der Bundesregierung f\u00fcr Kultur und Medien, die Stiftung Humboldt Forum im Berliner Schloss sowie das Ethnologische Museum und das Museum f\u00fcr Asiatische Kunst der Stiftung Preu\u00dfischer Kulturbesitz haben wesentliche Unterst\u00fctzung und Ermutigung f\u00fcr die Global Cultural Assembly 2022, die Schaffung der Vorbereitungsgruppe, die Global Cultural Assembly 2025 und die entstehende Global Cultural Embassy geleistet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Global Cultural Assembly ist eine Bewegung, die von mehreren, transterritorialen, historischen und rechtlichen Bem\u00fchungen inspiriert ist, einschlie\u00dflich der Allgemeinen Erkl\u00e4rung der Menschenrechte, der UNESCO-Konvention von 1970 und der Agenda 2063 der Afrikanischen Union, um kulturelle Institutionen in R\u00e4ume der Gerechtigkeit, Verantwortung und Heilung zu transformieren.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Global Cultural Embassy bietet eine seltene Gelegenheit, institutionelle Transformation modellhaft zu erschaffen und die globale Museologie in Richtung restaurativer Gerechtigkeit zu bewegen. Diese Resolution wird von den Delegierten der Global Cultural Assembly 2025 bef\u00fcrwortet, unterst\u00fctzt und bekr\u00e4ftigt.<\/p>\n<p>Wir, die Delegierten der Global Cultural Assembly 2025, laden den Beauftragten der Bundesregierung f\u00fcr Kultur und Medien, die Stiftung Humboldt Forum im Berliner Schloss, die Stiftung Preu\u00dfischer Kulturbesitz sowie das Ethnologischen Museum und Museum f\u00fcr Asiatische Kunst ein, die gew\u00e4hlte Referenzgruppe in den n\u00e4chsten sechs Jahren weiterhin zu unterst\u00fctzen, w\u00e4hrend wir gemeinsam an der Schaffung einer Global Cultural Embassy arbeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Berlin, 21.
