Zudem hat die Stiftung Humboldt Forum die Spendenrichtlinie aus dem Jahr 2012 pr\u00e4zisiert. Die neue Richtlinie definiert klarer als bisher Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr den Annahmeausschluss von Geldern.<\/p>\n<p>+++Update Mai 2023: Gutachten \u00fcber Ehrhardt B\u00f6decker kann nach Pr\u00fcfung nach dem Informationsfreiheitsgesetz (IFG) durch die Stiftung Humboldt Forum (SHF) bereitgestellt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der Erstellung des Gutachtens wurden teils pers\u00f6nliche und vertrauliche Daten verwendet, die \u00fcber den konkret untersuchten Sachverhalt hinausgehen und die den Gutachtern von ihren Gespr\u00e4chspartner*innen f\u00fcr die weitergehende Analyse bereitgestellt wurden. Die Familie B\u00f6decker hat daher einer Ver\u00f6ffentlichung des Gutachtens unter Verweis auf Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsrechte nicht zugestimmt. Wir sind diesem Wunsch damals nachgekommen. <\/p>\n<p>Eine Pr\u00fcfung nach dem Informationsfreiheitsgesetz (IFG) hat nun gezeigt, dass eine Ver\u00f6ffentlichung auch mit Blick auf die Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsrechte m\u00f6glich ist.
