August 2023: Die Humboldt Forum Service GmbH (HFS) hat sich dazu entschieden, keinen Einspruch gegen den Bu\u00dfgeldbescheid der Berliner Beauftragten f\u00fcr Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit einzulegen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir nehmen den Vorgang und die Entscheidung der Datenschutzbeauftragten sehr ernst. Als Muttergesellschaft der HFS setzen wir uns daf\u00fcr ein, dass sich ein solcher Vorgang nicht wiederholt. Wir haben bei der HFS direkt 2021 mit umfassenden Compliance-Ma\u00dfnahmen und Fortbildungen im Datenschutzbereich f\u00fcr alle Bereiche begonnen und f\u00fchren diese Ma\u00dfnahmen und Fortbildungen seitdem kontinuierlich fort. Ebenfalls 2021 begannen Mediationsangebote, die dann zur Etablierung eines Betriebsrats f\u00fchrten. Seit 2022 finden fortlaufend Schulungen der Betriebsratsmitglieder und die thematische Arbeit in Aussch\u00fcssen statt. Seit 2023 gibt es regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Schulungen zum Thema Respekt f\u00fcr die gesamte Belegschaft.
