We are living in times of crisis, and of seemingly ever-accelerating change. We have learned to adapt to this change, to cope with it. But time and again we are taken by surprise when events occur that unsettle us, that we had not expected, that don’t fit into the picture we have created.

Fear of the unknown is the worst of all advisers. It saps our motivation, paralyses our will to create solutions, and inhibits our resistance to what appears to be the inevitable. Yet we still all easily fall victim to it. What might help us resist the fear? Active flexibility and adaptive curiosity are two strategies we discuss with our guests in the kick-off event of our Counterqestions series.

Participants will be announced at short notice.
