Until mid-April 2025, the doors of the Place of Warmth will be open to everyone from Wednesday to Sunday between 2 pm and 6 pm. At this special place, St John Ambulance offers a warm place to spend the day, free hot drinks, light meals and a reading, play and donation corner. And above all: protection and security.<\/p>\n

With their offer, the Berlin St John organisation not only wants to provide warmth, but also a space for encouraging conversations and social and cultural integration.<\/p>\n

St John is looking for volunteers to support the Place of Warmth and its other facilities that help the homeless and cold. Donations in kind such as coffee, packaged confectionery, clothing and unopened hygiene items are welcome by prior arrangement at Ort der W\u00e4rme: humboldtforum.berlin@johanniter.de<\/a>.<\/p>\n
