Comprising twenty works of art from Brazil, Colombia, and Chile, this exhibition presents water as the source of knowledge and spirituality. It also addresses current conflicts about the environment, resources, and participation in society.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Water as a living, spiritual, and political force: this exhibition shows how Indigenous and traditional communities in South America are connected to rivers, seas, and rain cycles<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 and how traces of historical colonial violence, spiritual practices, technological interventions, and future scenarios are inscribed and overlap in these bodies of water.<\/p>\n<p>Contemporary artworks invite us to rethink global ecological challenges from multiple perspectives \u2013 with water acting as a uniting and contested resource that will shape the future.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition has been co-created with artists, curators, Indigenous groups, and traditional communities, building on years of exhaustive research in various regions of Brazil, Chile, and Colombia.<\/p>\n<p><em>A cooperation between the Stiftung Humboldt Forum im Berliner Schloss, the Ethnologisches Museum \u2013 Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, and the Goethe-Instituts in Bogot\u00e1, Rio de Janeiro, Santiago de Chile, and S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"block block-CTA block-CTA-long leftgradient\">\n\t<div class=\"container-fluid\">\n\t\t<div class=\"row center-xs\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"col-xs-12\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"box\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.humboldtforum.org\/de\/?post_type=event-period&#038;p=166531\" aria-label=\"Mine.
