Frank \u201cGALA\u201d Gahler and Georgie \u201cJoro\u201d Gogow have been among the best-known musicians on the East German music scene since the 1970s. They were the main initiators of the legendary groups NO55 and Amiga Blues Band. Since 2019, GALA and the devil’s violinist from City have been making music together again: wonderfully handmade music meets authentic song stories.<\/p>\n

In January 1983, NO 55, like Udo Lindenberg and Harry Belafonte a few months later, performed at the \u201cRock for Peace\u201d festival in the Palast der Republik.<\/p>\n

Back at this very venue in Berlin, now the Humboldt Forum, they remember this and play current songs. They will be supported on stage by Olli Becker (Monokel, Jessica, Hansi Biebl) on percussion and Ren\u00e9 Decker (NO 55, Elefant, Lift) on saxophone and keyboards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n
