Playing, relaxing, spending time with others \u2013 it\u2019s not just enjoyable, it\u2019s a right that belongs to every child.
\nOn Children\u2019s Rights Day at BERLIN GLOBAL, the spotlight is on the right to play and leisure. Children and families are warmly invited to explore the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in a fun, creative and engaging way.<\/p>\n

What do children\u2019s rights mean in everyday life?
\nDo all children around the world have the same rights?

\nIs there something you\u2019d like to say to other children or adults? In our media studios, you can record your thoughts. The recordings will be featured in a short audio piece.<\/p>\n

Learn About Children\u2019s Rights with UNICEF (11:00\u201317:00 in the WELTSTUDIO)<\/strong>
\nWhat exactly is in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child? And what does it mean for your everyday life? Come and talk to UNICEF \u2013 and bring your questions.<\/p>\n

The programme is part of “Family Matters”.<\/em><\/p>\n

“Family Matters” is a collaborative project involving all cultural institutions active at the Humboldt Forum. Participants include the Stiftung Humboldt Forum im Berliner Schloss<\/span>, the Ethnological Museum and Museum of Asian Art (Stiftung Preu\u00dfischer Kulturbesitz \/ Staatliche Museen zu Berlin), the Stiftung Stadtmuseum Berlin, and Humboldt-Universit\u00e4t zu Berlin. Special exhibitions and thematic islands within the permanent displays explore various forms of family life in depth. Events hosted by the participating museums accompany the project.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n
