\u201cHere and Now. Women\u207a Experiencing Homelessness in Berlin\u201d is the new Open Space exhibition at BERLIN GLOBAL.<\/p>\n

While poverty is an omnipresent reality in urban spaces, the experiences of homeless women\u207a are rarely visible. The Open Space exhibition \u201cHere and Now. Women\u207a Experiencing Homelessness in Berlin\u201d by the Berlin association querstadtein e.V. aims to make their stories heard.<\/p>\n

The opening event will address topics ranging from everyday realities of homelessness to the possibilities and limits of civic participation, barriers in the cultural sector, and the ways homeless individuals are treated socially and politically.<\/p>\n

As part of the opening, interview partners from the project along with representatives of Berlin’s state politics, academia and the Stadtmuseum Berlin will engage in a discussion with the audience.<\/p>\n
