To this effect, Johannes Ebert, secretary general of the Goethe-Institut, and Hartmut Dorgerloh, director of the Humboldt Forum, signed a cooperation agreement on 3 March.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The \u201cMemorandum of Understanding\u201d provides the formal framework for the specific organization of cooperation between the Goethe-Institut and the Stiftung Humboldt Forum.
