What significance does the Palace of the Republic, which was demolished in 2008, still have today? How can different perspectives on such a place be categorised and at the same time presented in a non-judgemental way? How can the living environment of children and young people be included and the desire for research encouraged? Combined with a tour of the special exhibition, participants will learn about multi-perspective approaches. They will try out activating methods for the critical examination of different testimonies, analysis techniques for interviews, and inspirational exercises in creative writing.

This training course can be certified by the Berlin Senate (No. 24.1-118962). Registration is possible for teachers from Berlin.

In the Humboldt Forum's foyer there is a 17 meter high media tower, called "cosmograph". It gives visitors comprehensive information about their visit and can transform into an art and light installation.
