In BERLIN GLOBAL’s cosy lounge, Berlin-based actor Fabian von Herman will read from the children’s book Mit Freddi durch die Ozeane (Laurence King Verlag, 2021).

What exactly is an ocean? Where can we find them? How do aquatic animals migrate? And why is it so important to protect the oceans?

Children and families can sit on large cushions or lounge in our seagrass-green Berlianas and learn about the five oceans of our planet and the fascinating marine animals found there with Freddi the sea turtle.

Kids can browse a variety of children’s books, while interesting books on the subject of maps are available for teenagers and adults.

The event is held in German.

Fabian von Herman is an actor and narrator from Berlin. In addition to projects in the independent scene, he has performed in several theatres companies in southwest Germany, including Theater Lahnstein, Freilichtspiele Mittelrhein and Schlosstheater Neuwied.
