Berlin’s world history is presented in an exemplary and dialogical way with a special focus on the formative events of the 20th and 21st centuries. Questions from the everyday lives of young people in the here and now are addressed: What would they themselves take to the streets against or for? How important is sustainable consumption to them? When do they feel like a global citizen? Impressive installations, moving stories and uncomfortable questions – the sprint gives pupils an impression of global connections in the past and present. These can then be explored in greater depth individually and independently in the exhibition.
