Daycare children aged 5 and older immerse themselves in the lives of children from Papua New Guinea and Venezuela: in short, self-produced film clips, children from these regions show us how they eat, play, make jewelry and tools, and help out at home. What differences, but also similarities, can be found with the everyday lives of children in Berlin? In the second part of the workshop, hands-on activities in the museum’s exhibitions, such as a walk-in boat from the Pacific Ocean and an interactive rainforest, provide a playful introduction to the lives of children from the Amazon and the South Seas.
