On Wednesday, 22 September 2021, the new presentations of the Ethnologisches Museum (Ethnological Museum) and the Asian Art Museum (Museum für Asiatische Kunst) in the Humboldt Forum were opened in an official ceremony with speeches by Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Minister of State for Culture Monika Grütters and author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.
