Atmospherically illuminated facades, international specialities and high-quality arts and crafts: from 18 November, you can round off your visit to Schloßplatz in Berlin-Mitte with roasted almonds, tree carvings, Feuerzangenbowle and gifts. The winter market on Schloßplatz is a cosy place to enjoy the end of the year with friends or family with a view of the Lustgarten and Berlin Cathedral. Visitors can also look forward to further highlights in the magnificent Schlüterhof.
The elaborately produced video mapping animations create a festive atmosphere: They illuminate the baroque façades in the Schlüterhof and around the Schlossplatz. The well-known illumination technology company Böhlke, which has artistically illuminated many of the city’s landmarks for the Festival of Lights and the Christmas Garden, has created the light installations for this.
