The series “BERLIN GLOBAL Backstage” provides insights into the making of the exhibition: curators, participants and guests reflect on and discuss the concepts, methods and design of BERLIN GLOBAL.

Participation and involvement of experts, artists, initiatives, and associations in the exhibition were paramount for the creation of BERLIN GLOBAL, the Berlin exhibition at the Humboldt Forum. But more specifically: How have concepts and forms of modern museum work been included in the exhibition? Curators Idil Efe and Martin Düspohl provide an insight into the cooperation with various people in the exhibition, and consider why participation is always about relationship building.
