Find out how AI learns who looks like you, sample experimental sounds for your own family anthem, design stamps with your family crest using a laser cutter, and program Goat Cars in a family tournament. Hall 2 on the ground floor of the Humboldt Forum offers a diverse hands-on program where teenagers and adults can learn about a wide range of technological highlights and get creative themselves: from C64 to Makey Makey to Oculus Quest, everything is included!

  • StepMania – Find your rhythm at lightning speed and crack the high score! (Stadtbibliothek Spandau)
  • Back to BASIC – program and play retro games on the C64 (Computerspielemuseum)
  • Speak music – Program electronic sounds and melodies with your voice (App2Music)
  • Fun with micro:bit – Program an animated game with MakeCode Arcade (Hacker School)
  • Related? Recognised! – Image recognition with AI: How AI learns who looks like you (Junge Tüftler*innen)
  • Help Grandma! – An exciting robotics game about cooperation and family (Train the Future)
  • Goat Car Race – program with MakeCode and send your car onto the track
  • Fun with the soldering iron – solder a flashing circuit or create a wire artwork (Berliner Hochschule für Technik)

Please book one free ticket per person (including infants) for your desired time slot and arrive at the venue on time. Admission cannot be guaranteed 15 minutes after the start of the booked time slot. Children under the age of 12 are only admitted when accompanied by an adult.
