Let the bones rattle! Skeletons of different characters and social backgrounds parade through the audience – on foot, by bicycle, or carrying a coffin on their shoulders – accompanied by a marching band made up of skeleton musicians. Along the way, they meet, quarrel, fall in love, and clash with the audience and with one another: men and women, rich and poor, old and young. The scene concludes in an imaginary cemetery, where the musicians play their final farewell.
