What does it mean to be Umoⁿhoⁿ today? This question lies in the centre of the new installation in the exhibition “Against the Current”, which will be on view from mid-November on. Contemporary cultural belongings will complement the historical La Flesche collection. The new cultural belongings embody the lived culture. And they pay witness to the resilience of the Umoⁿhoⁿ people.
