From captivating storytelling to technology and recording: In the media studio at BERLIN GLOBAL, participants can try everything out in a relaxed atmosphere.

Journalist and mediator Ulrike Werner shows the basics for successful podcast and radio feature recording. After the workshop, you can continue directly at home.

Times: 12 – 12:30 pm | 1 – 1:30 pm | 1:30 – 2 pm Registration: Please register 15 minutes before the start at the WELTSTUDIO at the Rolling Cartographer (limited places)

Target group: for FLINTA* (FLINTA* stands for women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans, and agender people)

Ulrike Werner (audio narrator and mediator)

Ulrike Werner’s passion for podcasts stems from her beginnings in community radio. She experiences the microphone, her voice, and making other, often unheard voices audible as empowerment. For 30 years, she has been telling stories with audio media and making podcasts. She loves to convey to people of all backgrounds how much joy it brings and how empowering it is to use the media themselves to express important content.

In the Humboldt Forum's foyer there is a 17 meter high media tower, called "cosmograph". It gives visitors comprehensive information about their visit and can transform into an art and light installation.
