Young people produce a radio feature directly from BERLIN GLOBAL in three hours with their own perspectives on topics of the exhibition. They work independently in terms of content and technology in small editorial teams. Seven dilemmas confront the young radio producers as they walk through the exhibition. They are: “Borders protect me” and “Borders exclude me” or “I like to have fun” and “I consume consciously”. How do the young people position themselves? What are their experiences and opinions on this? And what pro and con arguments do they find? They discuss their attitudes among themselves using the objects, texts and spatial stagings. In the second part of the workshop, the debates will be turned into radio contributions, which together will result in a controversial programme with reflective opinions on very current global issues. At the end, the programme is listened to together and discussed in a round table.
