In the WELTSTUDIO of the BERLIN GLOBAL exhibition on Museum Sunday, you can learn with graffiti artist Ampear Peekops and stencil artist Baby Turtle how graffiti is created from stencils. You can try them out on a burlap bag and take your own graffiti art home with you.
Participants
Ampear Peekops has been a graffiti artist and tattoo artist for about 25 years. “I draw with heart and soul,” the artist says about himself. He takes great pleasure in teaching people his craft. In his work as a freelancer for Sprühlinge e.V., he combines his passion for teaching with that of drawing. In numerous workshops, he is able to inspire young and old for art in general.
Baby Turtle is a free spirit and stencil artist from Berlin. As a sprayer from the very beginning, Baby Turtle has discovered art as an excellent medium of communication. To be able to express feelings with colours and shapes and to inspire people for art are among her passions as an artist.
