Maintenance work
From Wednesday, 19.02. to Friday, 23.05.2025, maintenance work will be carried out in various sections.
For your planning, we would like to inform you about the upcoming maintenance work, some of which will lead to short-term closures of exhibition areas. In addition, maintenance work will be carried out in the stairwells, which will lead to changes in routing. Your visit to the exhibition will not be affected. You can find more information here.
Maintenance work in the Ethnological Museum (2nd floor)
The exhibition areas on the 2nd floor will be closed from Mon, 05.05. up to and including Wed, 07.05.2025 and from Mon, 12.05. up to and including Fri, 16.05.2025. The exhibition area will be open from Thu, 08.05. to Sun, 11.05.2025 inclusive. The exhibition areas on the 2nd floor will be open again regularly from Sat. 17.05.2025.
Maintenance work BERLIN GLOBAL (1st floor)
The maintenance work in the Berlin Global exhibition will extend from Mon., 19.05. up to and including Wed., 21.05.2025. During this period, it will not be possible to visit the exhibition. Partial closures are still possible on Thu, 22.05. and Fri, 23.05.2025. The exhibition will be open again regularly from Sat. 24.05.2025.
