Deciphering the hieroglyphic texts is only one approach to approaching the history of Mesoamerican cultures before the Spanish conquest. Based on a critical examination of the historical documents, the guided tour by curator Dr. Ute Schüren aims to raise awareness of the importance of combining multiple perspectives for a more comprehensive picture of Mesoamerican cultural developments.
