This cross, this dome and the unlovely unreflected inscription is a poor decision. The decision is shockingly uninformed and quite frankly hypocritical (and insensitive but this is secondary). The fact that is is housing installations from different parts of the world including previous colonies with international themes coupled with the unlovely history of Christian colonialism makes sticking a cross with an arguably fascist inscription, is overtly representative of the neo liberal 20th century right wing. At least the 21st century, fascists will love it.
